Established in 2014 by Lianne Edmonds - Owner Bake Rattle n Roll Surrey

 

I have always been a creative soul, whether it be painting canvases/murals, making Jewellery, Sculpting or drawing, art has been what drives me. 

It wasn't until I had my daughter and was complimented on her homemade birthday cakes that I was asked to bake for others. 

In doing so, I found not only great joy experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, but also in the smiles of the faces I presented the cakes to. Being an artist first and a Baker second has absolutely aided me in my design and sugar work, along with a steady hand and an eye for detail Baking and decorating cakes was a match made in heaven for me. 

 

I put my heart and soul into every cake creation that goes out of the door and work with my clients closely to ensure they get the perfect cake every time.

Very few people can say their Job makes them truly happy, I am one of the lucky ones.
